Stealth - Cheetahs in general must be good at stealth, whether it be for catching prey or something else. It comes with the package of speed. Before Selineen was captured to be put into the coliseum she was a young hunter for her family. She hunted with her father to feed her mom so her mom could feed her baby brother. Selineen was an expert at stealth, even though her father didn't teach her much on it. She would practice inching up on to small groups of deers.

Honesty - Selineen is very honest. When she and Scaeden were playing their act for Air Empire and Fire Empire, she told Valon that she was sorry about trying to take his brother. She understood completely how it would have hurt him if he was never able to get him back.

Afraid - Selineen was not afraid when she was a child. In fact she was very courageous and brave. Ever since she let her brother out of her sight, she had become deathly terrified of everything. It takes her ages to warm up to new people in her life, and takes her a while to adjust as well.

Bashful - Once Selineen breaks out of her wall, she will become very bashful. She'll grin and act like a little cub. She's almost the opposite of a bounty hunter when you think about it, but she is very devoted into her job as a hunter, because she does not ever want to go back into fighting in the coliseum.

Wise - Selineen is very open about voicing her opinions on matters that she is against of feels needs to be revealed. She does not like ill talk of the empires when it involves as to why they were created, because they were created for the free cats to escape to its safety. She only wished other bounty hunters would see it as well.

Cold - Selineen has dull eyes when it comes to fighting and capturing felines. It's almost like she dies inside when she has to do either of the two, yet she still does it and claims the kill. She does as she is told.

Discreet - Selineen is very discreet on her thoughts and feelings. She slowly speaks out what she has on her mind, making sure the cat she is talking to eventually understand what she's talking about.

   When Selineen was a child she was named after the Greek goddess of the moon, Selene, although she said the name wrong and pronounced it as Selineen [cell-lin-neen]. She took on her nickname as her full on name as she grew and matured, although her parents still called her Selineen. At one in a half years old Selineen became an older sister to her younger brother, Helios. Selineen loved her younger brother with her heart and never wished to have him be hurt. But when her mother had told her to watch Helios while she and her father hunted, she had failed them by getting distracted. Helios had wondered off away from Selineen, and when she returned she realized it and frantically searched for her brother. "Helios!" She had called, hoping his mewl would reach her,"Helios!" She called again. Nothing. The sad part of it was that they had settled near a over hang. When Selineen went to check the over hang she had found her brother's small broken body just below the over hanging rock.

"Helios!" She had hollered loudly, instantly tear rolling down her face. She ran down to where he was and tried desperately to wake him from his slumber into death. "Helios.... Helios...." She muttered over and over hoping to get an answer from her brother as she buried her face into his soft baby fur. Having heard the Selineen's loud yell of Helios, Selineen's parents showed up at the rock outcropping to find their daughter and their dead son.

"Selene... What have you done...?" Her father, Neptune, said staring shocked at the scene playing out before him. "I-i I failed you, I failed Helios... I got distracted because of a butterfly... If I had just ignored it he would not be like this... I'm a horrible person... I'm a monster..." Selineen muttered, not looking at her parents, only looking at her brother. "Selene..." Her mother said, her voice laced with pity. "I'm a monster!" Seleineen cried out, terrified of herself and what she had done. She vowed she would never get distracted again. Never.

After that event played out, Selineen left her parents, thinking they thought she was a monster even though it was her who called herself the monster. Her parents had tried to help her but she just left. Since Selineen was alone now, it was much easier for human hunters to get her and send her to the roman coliseum. Soon enough she was captured by a man named Aeneas Gaius. He sold her to the coliseum for fighting. Selineen became good friends with a young cheetah, about the age of her brother. The sad part was that he was put into cub fighting in the coliseum and he died shortly after Selineen became friends with him.

Selineen broke down after that. "Never! Never will I ever care about cubs again! Never! Every time I care they die! I can't do it ever again!" Then she pledged to never care for cubs, but hate them because of everything that has happened.

Selineen became very good at fighting in the coliseum, even though she absolutely hated killing the cats she was forced to fight. The only reason she fought was to get to be a bounty hunter. It seemed a much better rank that being in the coliseum. When she was in the coliseum for a year in a half, she was the age of 3, and they promoted her to the rank of a hunter. She gladly took the job and instantly started hunting. Her first job was with a jaguar named Caelina and a sand cat named Kleio. They were out to go capture, Valon, the air empire leader's brother Velafor. Kleio was supposed to get Velafor, but Selineen did not listen and grabbed Velafor and Kleio got hurt badly, including Caelina. Caelina's pride had been hurt and she was annoyed with Selineen for a long time after her failure at following directions.

Selineen's next chance at hunting was again hunting for Valon, or luring him away from safety. She joined Scaeden, a new hunter at the time, on a mission after he had tried to save her from Nimbus's attacks on her during her last mission. Scaeden had devised a new plan and chose her to follow him into enemy territory and act their way through, claiming that Nimbus had plans on making Fire empire the only empire in the lands. Although their hunt failed, Scaeden and Caelina were captured, while the other members of their hunt managed to escape.

During the time he was captured Selineen became close with the hunter's new leader Phoebus. At first he seemed like an emotionless sack of nothing but sternness, but she had managed to bring out his sweet and soft side just before he stepped down. Selineen was sad to see him go, she had a little bit of a crush on him.

Months after their failed attempt at hunting Scaeden came back with two hunter apprentices, Furie and Juno, who had also failed at their attempt at hunting in Fire Empire. Caelina had supposedly died. Scaeden became the leader of the bounty hunters as soon as Phoebus stepped down from his leader rank and went back into the city. Scaeden led a successful hunt/raid on Lightning Empire a few months after his newly found leadership, and they brought back a ton of captured Lightning Empire cats, and news of Abiola's death.

After everything that happened Selineen started to fall for someone she thought she'd never love. Torex. A pitch black jaguar with scars and a torn face. But she loved him. She loved his craziness, and she loved his scars. She loved him for him. Although he annoyed her at first, she began to see this side of him that seemed to only pop up when she was with him. When he said,"I believe i'm in love with you," to her, she instantly knew she loved him.

But her happiness faded when she was sent back to the coliseum as punishment for talking highly of empire cats. The only thing she said about the was that,"The bounty hunters wouldn't exist without the empire cats to hunt." While she spent time in the coliseum, she received four scars. A lion gave her a very mean swipe just above her lower back, leaving three deep scars over her back. And another cheetah tried very hard to make her slow down by swiping at her front arms, only one swipe landed on her left arm. She endured in the coliseum for a full year, wishing to be with Torex the entire time. Knowing that he must be hurting because of her disappearance. She wouldn't expect the higher ups to explain anything to any of the hunters as to her disappearing. She just wished he didn't forget, because her punishment was over, and she was able to prove that she was loyal to the hunters, and not to anything else.
